Access Pass is a new VLCRC initiative designed to make it easier for NDIS participants, support workers, and families to find cost-effective, accessible community activities in one place.

Right now, people miss out simply because information is scattered, outdated, or hard to navigate. Access Pass brings everything together in a single, easy-to-use hub.

Our Community Inclusion Liaison works with organisations across the Gold Coast to gather updated schedules, accessibility notes, costs, and safety considerations. These are shaped into an easy-read, needs-first “What’s On” guide designed specifically for NDIS participants and their support networks.

Soon, this page will host the full Access Pass Activity Menu, a VLCRC-developed directory that shows free or low-cost weekly sessions across the city—highlighting transport routes, accessibility notes, and key NDIS billing considerations.

Support workers will be able to quickly see what’s on, where it is, and what supports are available.
